Vital and Viable Workshops

We understand the important role our market towns play in both our local and visitor economy. Our aim is to work with local communities to protect, promote and preserve East Lindsey's market towns by keeping them thriving, clean centres which are attractive places to live, work and visit.

We are working with the Chartered Institute of Place Management (IPM) to deliver Vital and Viable workshops in each of our inland market towns. A report and action plan will be created for each market town, alongside this, pledges will be made by local organisations and members of the community to use their skills and experience to work together to make the most of each town.

A first workshop has already taken place in Louth and the IPM have now produced a report that captures the feedback and comments recieved at the meeting. That report and details of the follow up meeting in Louth can be found on the 'Louth' page below.

We are now in the process of arranging Vital and Viable workshops in our remaining market towns, details of which can be found below. To register your interest in any of these events, please email Samantha.Phillips@e-lindsey.gov.uk.
